Cookies Policy

How Zorenax uses cookies and similar technologies.

Last updated: June 2026

Introduction

This Cookies Policy explains how Zorenax ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website or use our platform. It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control their use.

For broader information on how we handle your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact us at contact@zorenax.com.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device — computer, tablet, or phone — when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function correctly, improve performance, and provide information to site owners.

Alongside cookies, we may also use similar storage technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage in your browser to store preferences or session data locally on your device. These technologies serve a similar purpose to cookies but operate slightly differently.

Types of Cookies We Use

Zorenax uses a small number of cookie types, all of which serve a specific functional purpose. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Zorenax platform to operate. They enable core functionality such as page navigation, security, and access to authenticated areas of the platform. The platform cannot function correctly without them.

Examples: CSRF protection tokens, session identifiers, and security headers. These cannot be disabled while using the service.

Authentication Cookies

When you log in to Zorenax, we use authentication cookies managed by Supabase Auth to maintain your signed-in session. These cookies verify your identity across page requests and ensure that only your account can access your data.

If you sign in using Google OAuth, Google may also set its own authentication cookies during the sign-in flow. These are managed by Google and governed by their own cookie and privacy policies. Authentication cookies are removed when you sign out.

Preference Cookies

We may store certain user preferences — such as UI state, dashboard settings, or platform configuration choices — using browser localStorage. This allows your preferences to persist between sessions without requiring a server round-trip.

This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless it is also part of your account settings.

Analytics Cookies

We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors navigate the Zorenax website — such as which pages are most visited or where users drop off. Any analytics we use or introduce in the future will be configured to avoid collecting personally identifiable information where possible.

If we introduce analytics that set cookies on your device, we will update this policy and seek your consent where required by applicable law.

Third-Party Cookies

Some functionality on Zorenax is provided by third-party services that may set their own cookies or use similar tracking technologies:

  • SupabaseOur authentication and database provider sets session cookies to manage your signed-in state. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function.
  • Google OAuthIf you choose to sign in with Google, Google's sign-in flow may set cookies on your device as part of the authentication process. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, NOWPayments)When you complete a payment, you are interacting with a third-party payment interface that may set its own cookies for fraud prevention and session management. These are governed by each provider's own privacy and cookie policies.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

How We Use Cookies

Specifically, we use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Authenticate you when you sign in and maintain your session
  • Keep you signed in securely across page loads and browser tabs
  • Remember your platform preferences and UI state
  • Protect the platform against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and other security threats
  • Understand how the marketing website is used so we can improve it (where analytics are active)

We do not use cookies to serve advertisements or build marketing profiles.

Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View which cookies are stored on your device
  • Delete individual cookies or all cookies
  • Block cookies from specific websites
  • Block all third-party cookies

Please note that blocking or deleting necessary and authentication cookies will prevent you from logging in to Zorenax and using the platform. Blocking preference cookies may mean your settings are not saved between sessions.

Instructions for managing cookies vary by browser. Refer to your browser's help documentation for details.

Cookie Consent

By using Zorenax, you acknowledge our use of necessary and authentication cookies as described in this policy. These cookies are required for the service to function and do not require separate consent.

For any non-essential cookies — such as analytics cookies — we will seek your consent through a cookie banner or preference centre before setting them. You will be able to accept or decline these at any time. We are in the process of implementing a cookie consent mechanism to support this.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies we use or for other legal or operational reasons. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
